Brandon is great.  Most realtors are starchy old bastards with slippery handshakes and greasier words -thankfully not Brandon, or else i’d have to kick him in the junk.  Great guy to hang out with (going around looking at houses), and when it comes to real estate, an awesome visionary who finds the gems in the rough.  Brandon is a perceptive guy who is really good at identifying your expectations and needs, then helping you meet them.  He knows a lot of useless information too, strange real estate shit like “encroachment" or “habendum clause”.   I love my home, and if Brandon’s wife every kicks him out, he’s welcome to come and stay - afterall, he found the place for me.

In the world we operate in today you could make the argument that you don’t need a relator – I mostly agreed with that sentiment… Until I met Brandon, and he changed my entire perspective.

It was so refreshing to work with him on our first deal together.
